S1316 — Resilience Districts

Senate Bill 1316, titled the Resilience District Act of 2025, was filed to establish infrastructure resilience districts and condominium resilience districts but died in committee on June 16, 2025.

The bill would have authorized the establishment of infrastructure resilience districts and condominium resilience districts through petition by certain persons, specified requirements and acceptable uses for such districts, and authorized the payment of certain fees for project management. The bill declared itself the sole authority for resilience districts.

The bill would have applied to entities establishing infrastructure resilience districts and condominium resilience districts, with specific provisions for condominiums.

The bill died in the Senate Community Affairs Committee on June 16, 2025, and did not become law.
