Privacy

We collect: your email address, your subscription tier, the communities you tell us about, and standard server logs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment information is handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

Florida residents: the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) applies. We retain subscriber data while your account is active plus 12 months. Suppression-list entries (unsubscribes) are kept indefinitely to comply with CAN-SPAM.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for login state and a tracking pixel in emails to measure open rates. You can disable both by using a browser that blocks cookies and an email client that disables remote images.

Unsubscribe

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs immediately, well before the CAN-SPAM 10-business-day requirement. If a link doesn't work, email david@hoasentinel.com and we'll suppress your address manually.

All data is from public government sources. Bill data is provided through LegiScan (powered by LegiScan, https://legiscan.com). DBPR orders and licensee records are public records under Fla. Stat. § 119.07. FAC and FAR data is from flrules.org. Appellate decisions are public-domain court opinions.
