About
About HOA Sentinel
A regulatory monitoring service for the people who run Florida community associations.
What we do
We watch five public data sources every day:
- Florida Legislature — every bill that touches Chapters 718, 719, 720, 721, 723, or CAM licensing under 468 Part VIII.
- DBPR enforcement — final orders, consent orders, and disciplinary actions against CAMs and CAM firms.
- Florida Administrative Register and FAC — proposed and adopted rules from Divisions 61B and 61E14.
- DBPR licensee database — weekly snapshot of every active CAM and CAM firm in Florida.
- Florida appellate decisions — DCA opinions on community association law.
When something changes, we summarize it in plain English, classify it by community type, and send it to subscribers whose portfolios are affected.
What we don't do
We don't give legal advice. We don't tell you what your association must do. We summarize what the law says and link you to the source. The interpretation is your attorney's job.
Why we exist
If you manage 35 communities, reading every Florida bill, every DBPR order, and every appellate decision is a part-time job. We do it once, filter it for relevance, and send the result to your inbox. Your time is worth more than $79 a month.
