The bill proposed to require applicants for retail tobacco products dealer permits to consent to inspection and search without warrant; authorize the Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco to assess fines and penalties for violations involving sale of single-use nicotine dispensing devices or their advertising and display; restrict and authorize advertising, promoting, and displaying for sale certain single-use nicotine dispensing devices by retail nicotine products dealers; impose location restrictions on specified dealers of nicotine products; and require dealers to submit applications for conditional use or legally recognized nonconforming use and relocate within specified periods. The bill did not become law.
