DBPR's arbitration team offers non-binding arbitration as an alternative to litigation for disputes related to community association operation. An arbitrator has authority to decide condominium or cooperative disputes in accordance with the law, and the arbitrator's decision is binding on the parties regardless of their voluntary acceptance, distinguishing arbitration from mediation.
